That means the content will need to offer:

1.)     A gripping welcome.  Hooks in the welcome text, links that go

to other pages, motivators and calls to action that draw visitors in

2.)     A distinctive voice.  Something that gives visitors a taste of

the author’s personality.

3.)     An outward focus.  In other words, their site should be about

what they can offer, not what their visitors can do for them.

4.)     A reason to return. Since loyalty is developed through repeat

visits, fresh content, recurring contests, updated news, etc, this is

important.
